Under the decree, a pilot project will be launched in 2027 to partially subsidize producers’ transport and logistics expenses for food exported in H2 2026. The subsidies apply to shipments heading to non-CIS countries, based on approved lists of eligible products and foreign states.

Logistics subsidies for exports to distant destinations are fixed at 50% for finished products, including butter, cheese, and baby food, and 30% for bulk commodities like poultry, powdered milk, and whey powder.

Subsidies will be provided under several mandatory conditions, including a minimum 10% growth in the physical volume of exports to the target foreign country.

Based on the outcomes of the pilot project, the government will evaluate whether to extend the state support mechanism for exporters.
