The level of relations between Pakistan and Belarus has never been so high before, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Mohammad Ishaq Dar told BelTA. He is taking part in the high-level talks as part of the Pakistani delegation that is on a visit to Belarus.
