As from 1 September the Belarusian Transport and Communications Ministry will enforce new rates as part of the national digital system for collecting fees for passage along the toll roads of the Republic of Belarus (BelToll), representatives of the Transport and Communications Ministry told BelTA.

Belarus ranks among the top 10 countries in the world with the lowest infant mortality rate, Deputy Director for Research at the National Research and Treatment Center Mother and Child Ivan Kurlovich told the media, BelTA has learned.

The proposal to merge the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and the State Inspectorate for Fauna and Flora Protection was brought to a meeting between Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko and the leadership of the Council of Ministers on 11 August, BelTA has learned.
