«Today in Novopolotsk, servicemen and mobilized personnel of the 7th Separate Special Police Brigade of the Internal Troops of the Internal Affairs Ministry will demonstrate practical skills as part of a combat readiness inspection. The company tactical exercise is being observed by State Secretary of the Security Council Aleksandr Volfovich and Internal Affairs Minister Ivan Kubrakov,» the ministry said.

The brigade commander presented the decision to carry out special operations, while company commanders reported on the actions of their subordinate units. Following the briefing, the troops will practice responding to various scenarios in conditions as close to combat as possible.

As previously reported, the combat readiness inspection of the 7th Separate Special Police Brigade of the Internal Troops is being conducted on the president’s instruction, with a focus on the combat and mobilization readiness of the Internal Troops, including mobilization and reinforcement to wartime staffing levels.
