Taking into account the established practice of state support for the event, separate benefits and preferences are provided for its organizers and participants.

In particular, for festival guests from 71 countries, a visa-free entry into Belarus, temporary stay and exit from the country has been established from July 4 to July 20, 2025.

An original or electronic ticket for the festival events held in the Summer Amphitheater or Vitebsk Concert Hall will serve as a pass for visa-free crossing of the state border for foreign citizens. One original or electronic ticket allows one foreign citizen to enter Belarus at a time no later than the date of the event specified in the ticket.

The order of the head of state also updated the composition of the organizing committee for the XXXІV International Arts Festival «Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk».

Gleb Lapitsky, member of the Council of the Republic, director of the International Arts Festival «Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk», explained:

— The XXXIV International Festival of Arts «Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk» will be held this year from July 10 to 13, but its program will start earlier. Festival events will start on July 8 at many venues in the city on the Dvina. In addition to the traditional venues — the Summer Amphitheater, Vitebsk Concert Hall and others — this year we will definitely please our audience with a new one, which will be a pleasant addition to the six-thousand-seat hall of the amphitheater.

Residents and guests of the northern region will be treated to a large number of stage venues, art genres, and, of course, the festival’s favorite program: «Theatrical Meetings», a philharmonic program, and «Puppet Quarter». We will also launch a new educational project for young people, «Start Territory», which will take place at educational institutions in our city and will help young musicians prove themselves.

A good tradition of the art forum has become the opportunity to visit it without a visa. 2025 will not be an exception for guests and participants of the festival. To take advantage of this opportunity, you need to have an original or electronic ticket for events in the Summer Amphitheater or Vitebsk Concert Hall, one ticket guarantees a single entry no later than the date of the event, which is indicated on the ticket.

This week the entire festival program will be published, in the first days the events at the amphitheater and concert hall will become known, after which we will reveal the main intrigue — finally we will tell about the new venue.
