The events are taking place in the capital of Finland, Helsinki and will run until 1 August.
«During the discussions on the future of the OSCE, the head of the Belarusian delegation will present Minsk’s assessments and proposals to overcome regional security crisis and improve the effectiveness of the OSCE’s work,» the ministry’s press service stated.
