Belarus participates in the Association of Caribbean States as an observer country.

On the sidelines of the summits, the diplomat held meetings with the heads of delegations of a number of member states and observer states of the association. 

«Belarus is committed to further expansion of cooperation with ACS countries,» the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized.
