In delivering the message, Chairman of the Constitutional Court Sergei Sivets noted that the comprehensive safeguarding of the inviolability of the constitutional order — the paramount task of the state, society, and every citizen — is expressed through the protection of Belarusian state sovereignty, the strengthening of national security, the practical implementation of the constitutional principle of popular rule, the free exercise by citizens of the constitutional rights and freedoms guaranteed by the state, and the unwavering fulfillment of constitutional duties.
