«Teaching first aid skills to school students is an important state task. Through the collaborative work of medical professionals and educators, we not only provide young people with vital knowledge but also help them make an informed career choice by showcasing the high-tech side of modern medicine,» the university’s rector Irina Nazarenko said.
«The total planned reach of the project will be about 1,000 students from Gomel’s general secondary education institutions. Classes will be held every Saturday at Gomel State Medical University’s Simulation and Certification Center, with the final event taking place at the Gomel University Clinic — the Oblast Hospital for Great Patriotic War Veterans,» the university said.
