Belarus is ready to offer a complex of goods and services to Russia’s Rostov Oblast on terms better than those foreigners offer. Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko made the statement as he met with Governor of Russia’s Rostov Oblast Yury Slyusar on 17 November, BelTA has learned.
