Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maksim Ryzhenkov emphasized the need to develop comprehensive solutions for expanding the country’s logistics capabilities as he spoke during a meeting between the Belarusian president and heads of diplomatic missions and consular offices in Minsk on 31 July, BelTA learned.
