Belarusian athletes will take part in the 6th World Nomad Games, an international cultural and sporting event in Kyrgyzstan, BelTA has learned.

Cooperation between Belarus and Kyrgyzstan is developing dynamically, and the trade between the two countries is growing, Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maxim Ryzhenkov told the media, BelTA has learned.

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has left for Kyrgyzstan on a working visit, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian president. 

Kyrgyzstan to host 6th World Nomad Games in coming days. The country expects representatives from more than 110 countries and a total of over 100,000 guests to attend.

The World Nomad Games Organizing Committee has received applications from athletes from 112 countries.

An international scientific conference will be held in the Issyk-Kul region on September 3 as part of the VI World Nomad Games, the Ministry of Science, Higher Education, and Innovation reported.

The next Eurasian Economic Forum will be held in Kyrgyzstan in 2027, as part of Kyrgyzstan’s chairmanship in the bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union. The announcement was made by President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov during a meeting with the heads of government of EAEU member states.
