Belarus and Russia’s Kirov Oblast plan to strengthen their cooperation in exchange trade by involving Kirov-based manufacturers as much as possible in operations on the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange (BUCE). The Vyatka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Russia) will assist in this effort, the BUCE press service told BelTA.
