Sergei Syrankov appointed to Belarus’ upper house of parliament
Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has appointed Sergei Syrankov as a member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the eighth convocation, in accordance with part 2 of Article 91 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus. The head of state signed Decree No. 280 on 20 August, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
