The draft strategy was presented at the Coordination Meeting of Chief Narcologists of the CSTO member states, which was held in Kyrgyzstan’s Issyk-Kul Region as part of Kyrgyzstan’s CSTO chairmanship, the CSTO press service told BelTA.
