The US Open, the season’s final Grand Slam tournament, begins its qualifying rounds in New York on 18 August, BelTA reports.

Anna Kubareva of Belarus has secured a spot in the W15 Astana 2025 semifinal, BelTA has learned.

Aliaksandra Sasnovich and Kristina Dmitruk of Belarus advanced in the Roland Garros qualifying rounds, while Iryna Shymanovich was defeated. Aryna Sabalenka and Victoria Azarenka will play in the main draw.

Azarenka advanced to the Italian Open second round. Sabalenka will start her tournament in round two. The tournament ends May 17.
