While some state-to-state relations are measured exclusively by trade figures and the number of signed documents, there are partnerships whose foundation cannot be quantified. Built over decades and tested by time, such ties gradually turn into a strategic asset. Cooperation between Belarus and Uzbekistan falls precisely into this category.
