Belarusian builders have commissioned the Sozvezdie — Suzorie multidisciplinary education center in Arzamas, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, Russia. The opening ceremony on 1 September was attended by Ambassador of Belarus to Russia Aleksandr Rogozhnik, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast Governor Gleb Nikitin and Arzamas Mayor Aleksandr Shchelokov, the press service of the Belarusian diplomatic mission told BelTA.
